Members may submit one short Look-up request by filling in this online form.
When requesting a Look-up, provide as much information as you can, and, if applicable, those sources you have already consulted.
We suggest you use this service for specific enquiries in particular indexes or record series. For example, a Look-up request may be to find a specific person in one of the English censuses or to find a specific person in one of the Queensland Commonwealth Electoral Rolls.
You may submit one Look-up request at a time. You may submit another Look-up request when the current Look-up request is answered.
The research time for a Look-up request is limited to 20 minutes. The Research Team Coordinator will advise you if an Extended Research is required. All requests will be answered in order of receipt.
