Our Society is proud to offer a substantial collection of family history resources, which has developed over its long history. The collection is continually growing as we purchase new resources and receive generous donations.
New additions are listed in the Queensland Family Historian every quarter.
Most items in the collection are identified by call numbers, sometimes called shelf numbers. These numbers are made up of three tiers.
Thus, referring to the Library and Resource Centre Classification Scheme, an item with call number N7/43 16 3 would be about English (N) Vital Records (7), relating to a Yorkshire (43) census (16) and is the third (3) of our holdings on this subject.
The Library and Resource Centre is a reference library only.
