Bi-annual Members General Meeting with constitution vote

Notes: THIS EVENT will be held ONLINE and IN PERSON at the QFHS Family History Research Centre. i.e. it is a HYBRID meeting.
At this General Meeting, members will receive reports from the Society’s Executive Officers.
This meeting will also include a vote on whether to accept a new constitution for the Society. A copy of the notice of the meeting and the proposed constitution are available here.
The meeting agenda plus President’s and Treasurer’s Reports will be available on the website seven (7) days prior to the General Meeting. Members may register questions and/or add items to the agenda - email the Secretary.
Members may appoint a proxy if unable to attend, download the form here.
All members are urged to participate. Note: This event is held in QLD time, AEST: no daylight saving. (GMT+10)
