It is derived from the handwritten daily notes of the progress and events of a voyage to Australia from Glasgow on the Clipper, the “S” Maulesden, during the period 1 March to 16 May 1883.

(Wikipedia). Wartburg State School opened on 11 August 1913. This book was written and made available in 1963 for the celebration of the Wartburg State School Golden Jubilee.
