The Annual General Meeting of the Queensland Family History Society (QFHS) will be held on Wednesday, 18 June, at 7.30pm.
It will be a hybrid meeting, members and visitors may attend either in person at the Family History Research Centre, 46 Delaware Street, Chermside, or online via Zoom.

The President will report on the activities of the Society of the past year. Our Treasurer will report on the 2024/25 financial year and present the auditor’s report of the Society’s accounts for that period. Members will elect the Management Committee for 2025/26. An auditor will be appointed for 2025/26. There is opportunity for any other ordinary business.
A member may appoint another member as a proxy to attend and vote on resolutions on their behalf. Note that members who share a dual membership have only one vote for their membership.
