Doug Moss has a science degree and worked as a dairy scientist and food technologist in Primary Industries Dairy Research Laboratories. He has also had a sales career as Manager with CIG/BOC in Medical and Scientific Gases Division. His hobbies are growing Australasian orchids and family history with his wife Joan (who is the real historian). He enjoys building computers and working their software, although he says IT is moving even faster today than when his interest began.
Doug has four married children and ten grandchildren; he hopes some of them will carry on with the family history.
